Slow call number browse in OPAC and clients after Voyager 10.2 upgrade

Symptoms
Call number browse performance in OPAC and clients can be slow (e.g., 10-15 seconds or longer response time) for some servers upgraded to Voyager 10.2.
Affects CALL+ and other call number index browses (MOTH+, MSUD+, etc.) in the OPAC.
Affects Mfhd Call Number, Mfhd LC Classification Number, and other call number index browses (MOTH, MLC#, etc.) in the clients.
Defect Status

Replication Steps
- In OPAC set up CALL+ (call number browse) in webvoyage.properties (example code follows):
