Successive Voyager GDC data change jobs running increasingly slower

Question
When running a large number of Global Data Change (GDC) data change jobs with keyword indexing turned off, the processing time of the individual jobs is getting increasingly slower.
Answer
GDC data change jobs are slowing down due to keyword index dynamic/static ratio increase. Use the Voyager UTIL menu to check if you need a keyword regen.
