Transactions for fund do not appear immediately

Symptoms
When adding a transaction to a fund in a ledger, the user has to click out and click back into the transactions area to see the evidence of their transaction.
Defect Status
VYG-7315 is resolved in Voyager 10.1.0 and higher.
Replication Steps
- Open a ledger, click to the fund.
- Click on "Transactions" and add allocation to the fund.
- Click "OK".
- Fund doesn't reflect latest change.
- Click into another tab, then back into Transactions.
- Change appears.
Workaround
Click into another tab, then back into Transactions, to make sure it has been properly completed.
