    Question

    How are suppression status changes managed in Voyager extracts for Primo?

    Answer

    Voyager will extract records when suppression status changes:

    IF a record …

    previously suppressed and now unsuppressed

    THEN

    record will be extracted and added to Primo.

    IF a record …

    previously unsuppressed and now suppressed

    THEN

    record will extract with delete status and be deleted1 from Primo.

    Addtional Information

    1In the extracted records a "deleted" flag is added to the xml when a record is changed from unsupressed to suppressed status:

                <header status="deleted">
                    <identifier>718731</identifier>
                    <datestamp>2020-05-29T04:30:03Z</datestamp>
                </header>
