How are suppression status changes managed in Voyager extracts for Primo?

Answer

Voyager will extract records when suppression status changes:

IF a record …

previously suppressed and now unsuppressed

THEN

record will be extracted and added to Primo.

IF a record …

previously unsuppressed and now suppressed

THEN

record will extract with delete status and be deleted¹ from Primo.

Addtional Information

¹In the extracted records a "deleted" flag is added to the xml when a record is changed from unsupressed to suppressed status:
