Unable to unsuppress MFHD using Voyager Pick and Scan

I am trying to use Pick and Scan in the Cataloging Client to unsuppress a MFHD, but record is not being changed. Why?
Answer
Go to SYSADMIN > Locations and confirm that the Location does not have the "Suppress in OPAC" checkbox checked.
