    Question

Can Support do data cleanup on the server's back-end for us?

    Answer

Support only makes manual data changes in the event of a software bug that generates bad data. This excludes situations where the software is performing as expected, and cleanup is necessary due to workflow problems or mistakes made by operators.

It is always preferred to handle data cleanup through the Voyager clients, where there are programmatic safeguards in place to ensure only relevant data are updated, and data dependencies and linkages are preserved.
