Voyager WebAdmin Bulk Export hangs when both "MARC ID Input File" and "USEMARCON Initialization Filename" are selected

Symptoms
WebAdmin Hangs when both "MARC ID Input File" and "USEMARCON Initialization Filename" are selected when doing a Bulk Export. No further WebAdmin jobs can be run.

Workaround
You can either Export with an ID Input file OR you can use the USEMARCON Initialization file, but not both.
