WEBV: My List displays BookbagMessage1 when bib record is deleted

Problem Symptoms:
*BookbagMessage1 displays instead of configured message when title is deleted.
Cause:
This behavior is the result of Issue VYG-5542.
Resolution:
Issue VYG-5542 is resolved for Voyager 9.1.0 and higher.
Additional Information
Replication steps:
1. Edit webvoyage.properties to be sure a message is configured for page.myList.bookbagMessage1.
2. Add a title to My List in WebVoyage.
3. Delete the bib record (and any related records) added to My List.
4. Pull up My List in WebVoyage.
5. "BookbagMessage1" displays.
