    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Voyager
    • Product Version: 8.1.1

    Description:
    Bug Report for Issue 16384-13121
    Module(s): WebVoy?ge
    Server platform(s) affected: All
    PC OS (if applicable): N/A
Browser & version (if applicable): N/A

    Release(s) replicated in: 7.x.x
Last version without bug (if applicable): Classic

Expected results: To be able to present users a unique help page when viewing holds/recalls, call slips, or blank forms.

Actual results: All request forms in WebVoy?ge use the same help file

Workflow implications: Staff members are unable to provide specific instructions to patrons on the various request forms in the OPAC

    Replication steps:
    1. Log into WebVoy?ge
    2. Search for “blue whale” and click on any available record that’s returned
    3. Click on “Make a Request”
    4. While viewing the request forms available, click on Help and notice the patronRequests.html page
    5. Click on Call Slip, Hold, Recall or a blank form to bring it up
    6. Click Help again, notice that you’re taken to the patronRequest.html page (which doesn’t exist and will return a 404)

Other information: In Classic, Holds/Recalls used a file call hldrcl.htm, Call Slip used callslip.htm and blank forms used purchase.htm

    Resolution:
    Fixed in WebVoyage for 8.1.1.
