What controls the Ship To address that is printed on a Purchase Order (PO)?

Answer

• PO 'Ship To' drop down options are controlled by locations in Systems Administration which have the 'Ship To' option checked.
• If no locations have the 'Ship To' option checked, the Voyager Default Address becomes the only available 'Ship To' address.

Additional Information

To change the address

1. System Administration > Systems > Locations
2. Edit Location
3. Click Address icon
4. Select 'Address Type' of 'Ship To'
