What is Pmarcdump in the Voyager server's /sbin directory?
Answer
Pmarcdump displays the binary MARC file as text, one field per line. This is similar to running MarcEdit > MarcBreaker on the MARC record.
Example of usage which saves results to a file:
/m1/voyager/XXXDB/sbin/Pmarcdump /full/path/to/file.mrc > file.txt
Example output:
