    What is reflected in Commitments and Expenditures in a Ledger's Funds?

    Answer

    Pending Commitments:
    * Line Item amounts (Price) on Pending POs (not Approved)
    * Line Item Price Adjustments or Other Charges on Pending POs

    Total Commitments:
    * Line Item Price Adjustments or Other Charges on Approved POs

    Pending Expenditures:
    * Line Item amounts (Price) on a Pending Invoices
    * Line Item Price Adjustments or Other Charges on the Pending Invoices
    * Prepays (PrePay Amount per Copy entered in the Price information in the Line Item) entered in Pending PO line items

    Total Expenditures:
    * Prepays (PrePay Amount per Copy entered in the Price information in the Line Item) entered in Approved PO line items
    * Any Adjustments or Other Charges on Approved Invoices

    Once an Invoice is Approved, Total Commitments become Total Expenditures.
