    Description:
What is the difference between the 020A and 020Z, and 020R and 020N indexes?

    Resolution:
The 020A and 020Z indexes look at the entire field including any parenthetical text after the ISBN number.
The 020N (indexes 020a) and 020R (indexes 020z) indexes ignore parenthetical text after the ISBN number.
