    Question

What is the difference between title level and copy level holds?

    Answer

Voyager has two types of holds: title level and copy level. When a title level hold is made, the hold is placed on all items
attached to the title. When a copy level hold is made, the hold is placed on a specific item. Title level holds are either
ranked or unranked. Copy level holds are always ranked.
For more information on ranked and unranked holds, see the article, "What is the difference between ranked and unranked holds?"
