Which EDI vendors are certified for Voyager? Is there a process vendors go through? Is a vendor certified for all 4 types of EDI messages automatically?

Answer

To better serve both customers and vendor partners, Ex Libris has an ongoing process for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) testing and certification.

Vendors are only certified for EDI messages which are successfully tested with vendor files.
