Why is the Subscription Pattern button not active in line item detail Type tab?
Answer
The Line Item Type selected is not a Multiple Part line item type (for example, it is Single Part or Approval). Update the Line Item Type to one of the Multiple Part line item types (Subscription, Membership, Standing Order, Blanket Order, Multi-Part) and the Subscription Pattern button should become active.
