    Question

Why is there no discharge date on patron records in either the Outstanding Fines/Fees screen or the Fines/Fees History screen?

    Answer

FINE_FEE.DISCHARGE_DATE will only be populated if the fine is levied when the item is discharged.

If the fines are Lost Item Replacement and Lost Item Processing fees, you will not see a discharge date. These are fines that are assessed not at the time of discharge, but instead when the circjobs are run after the item reaches its Lost Interval.
