Why is there no discharge date on patron records in either the Outstanding Fines/Fees screen or the Fines/Fees History screen?
If the fines are Lost Item Replacement and Lost Item Processing fees, you will not see a discharge date. Since these are fines that are assessed not at the time of discharge, but instead at the time the Circjobs are run, you won't see the discharge date populated. Fine_fee.discharge_date will only be populated if the fine occurs as the result of a discharge of an item. As soon as a fine is generated by the discharge of an item instead of an item reaching its lost interval, the discharge date will populate.
