How can my library appear in the list of institutions within the bX Hot Articles App, so that our patrons will be able to access articles via our library's link resolver?

Answer

Please open a case with SFX support and include the instance name which should be added to Hot articles app.

Your request will be forwarded to the bX Product Management team, once a list of new customers is compiled, a software update for the application is released periodically including the newly added institutions.

Please note that the release date for Android and Apple IOS updates can vary, meaning that you may see your library's institution added to one and not yet to the other, until the next software update.
