    bX Recommendations not appearing in SFX menu when linking from Primo

    Problem Symptoms:
    Recommendations appear in tab in Primo
    Recommendations appear in SFX menu, except when menu is generated from View Online tab in Primo

    Cause:
    Missing getRecommendation source service for EX_LIBRIS_PRIMO in SFX

    Resolution:
    1. In the SFX KBManager, go to the Sources list
    2. Filter for the source EX_LIBRIS_PRIMO
    3. Click the 'S' icon for this source
    4. Click "Add New Service"
    5. Add a getRecommendation service, set to Active, and submit
