How do I delete titles from my library-managed holdings database?
The following instructions are used to delete individual titles from your library-specific holdings database.
If you want to delete many titles at once, use the instructions for updating your library-specific holdings database.
If you want to temporarily change the status of several titles (for example, changing some to "Not Tracked" rather than completely deleting them from the database), use the procedure for including select titles.

Click on the number of titles for your library-specific holdings database, either from the Data Management home page or from the Titles link in the left-side navigation tree.
- From the Database Journal Details screen, click the red X next to the title you want to delete:
- When asked to confirm deletion of the title, click Delete to confirm or Cancel to cancel deletion.
