    What does it mean when I see an empty cell in the Uses column in a consolidated report?

    A blank cell in the Uses column indicates that there are no values in the data. A value of zero (0) displays if the zero value was uploaded, but a blank cell means there is literally nothing to display due to no data in the uploaded file:
