Problem Symptoms:
In trying to create a v21 instance using the v21 AIK ikit_menu:

Enter key (q to quit)[q]: 3 <--- Update license

:wq

The ":wq" does not do a save and exit, but is just included as part of the file -- and there is no way to exit.

Cause:
"Insert" was on ; failure to get out of Insert mode.

Resolution:
Press the Insert key (to toggle out of Insert mode) before doing ":wq".
