APDU Exceptions List missing column headings

Description:
I have manually added the various column headings to pc_tab_col.eng, but one list, the APDU Exceptions List, still does not have its headings although I have added the PC_ILL_APDU_LIST lines which pc_tab_col.eng says are the required ones.

Resolution:
This was solved by inserting PC_ILL_APDU_LIST lines in pc_tab_col.eng of illsv library and starting and stopping the ILL server. We are checking a possibility of a general solution.
