ARC: error viewing ETL status reports: "You are not authorized to access the object ..."

Problem Symptoms:
With ARC 2, users adm-prof1 and adm-prof2 were able to view reports. But with ARC 3, errors such as the following occur in trying to access any report: "You are not authorized to access the object '/ Public Folders / ETL / Drill Through / Error Messages General'."

Cause:
The arc-professional iplanet group was not part of the report administrators Cognos group.

Resolution:
Update the arc-professional iplanet group to be part of the report administrators Cognos group.
