Problem Symptoms:
* I'm having trouble producing a report after trying several different packages within ARC.

I need to produce a report containing:

* Patron name/ID
* Patron type
* Patron expiry date
* Total number of loans (current and historical)

* as soon field patron type is added, the report displays "no data available"
* result is the same for packages LOANS and CIRC AND CASH

Cause:


Resolution:
TS_ARC_D was full, lacking the space for loan details.
As a result also the report for patrons fails.

Add space to TS_ARC_D (util o/13.3 Add File to Tablepace).
