AVA field with empty collection appears twice in z00p (and in Primo)

Problem Symptoms:
With expand_doc_bib_avail with COLLECTION=Y: Sometimes an AVA field with empty collection appears twice in the Aleph z00p record (and in Primo).

The problem occurs when a record has several items from the same sublibrary, linked to different holding records, one of them without collection and the others with collection.

Cause:
Defect.

Resolution:
Corrected by v22 rep_change 2168. To be included in the 22.1.1 Service Pack.
