Description:
After doing what appears to be a successful upgrade from Aleph 18 to Aleph 20 I run the Library Report: util h/1/10 to get a Z0102 Setup report online. There is no data in the report. Where is the disconnect?

This is what I get on from UH:1:10 on Aleph ver 20:

In version 18 we get a correct report with many bases.

Resolution:
All bases for the specified library (in this case, ABC01) should appear in the util h/1/10. It seems that your v20 tab_base.eng is defective for some reason. You need to copy the lines for your bases from v18 into the v20 tab_base.eng.
