    After upgrade to version 20: "The page cannot be displayed"

    Description:
    After upgrading to version 20, we get the message "The page cannot be displayed" when we try to access the OPAC at http://alweb20.abc.edu/F.

    Resolution:
    When the port is a port other than the default (port 80), it needs to be specified as part of the URL. In this case the httpd port number is 8992. Thus, you need to use this URL to access the OPAC:

    http://alweb20.abc.edu:8992/F
