Arc data missing from before a specific year

Description
Running circulation reports on ARC (for example Public Folders > Customized Reports > Circulation> General Monthly Circulation Report) only provides data where the earliest date is from January 2007. There should also be older data.
Resolution
The reason is that the following is assigned in table xxx50/tab/arc_conf_table.conf on the Aleph server:
[ARC-HISTORY]
from year = 2007
[OPAC]
from date = 20070101
[EVENTS]
from date = 20070101
Therefore only records from 2007 and later are considered when running the ETL.
