Description:
Our util_a13_b job is interfering with other batch jobs. Do we need this?

Resolution:
util_a_13_b does "Drop Statistics Table (z34)".

As described in KB 8192-2130, the $pw_library z34 OPAC transaction file is obsolete.
And, as described in KB 4017, the z34 is no longer used for pc_server transaction reports.

We suggest changing the following line in *both* $alephe_root/www_server.conf and ./pc_server_defaults from:

setenv create_statistics Y

to:
setenv create_statistics N

to prevent z34 records from being written.

Then you can remove the entry for util_a_13_b from the job_list and do util a/17/1 for the $pw_library z34 table to drop the records which are there and free up the space.
