Resolution:
Does the record have

* a "DEL Y" field;
* an "STA $$aDeleted" field; or
* a "d" in byte 5 of the LDR field

If the latter, then change the byte to "a" or "c":

LDR byte 05 (counting 00 as the first byte) - Record status:
a - Increase in encoding level
c - Corrected or revised
d - Deleted

If none of the Deleted forms above apply to this case, then re-send the record for indexing in GUI Cataloging or UTIL-F-1-13.
