    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

    Description

Despite the fact that a bib record has only a single item whose tab15.lng entry has "N" in column 10 (Web OPAC display), the record (Bib/HOL) still displays in the Web OPAC and in Primo.

    Resolution

tab15.eng, col. 10, prevents *items* from displaying in the OPAC (and Primo).  If you want the Bib to not display, then it needs to have an STA $$aSUPPRESSED field. If you want the HOL record to not display, then you need an STA $$aSUPPRESSED field in the HOL record.
