    Cannot open items on Serial record

    Description:
    We are unable to get the items to open on a particular serial title: The pattern is correct and the subscription is current. What is causing the problem?

    Resolution:
    The end date of the subscription must not be earlier than today's date + 3 months.
    If you look at the subscription end date for this serial, it is 01/08/2005. So the system cannot open the issues because the subscription end date needs to be at least 3 months from today's date.
    Increase the subscription end date to March 1 2006 and you will be ablt to open the issues.
