Cannot save citations: URL not found

Description:
If you try to save citations you get a "URL not found" error.
My latest attempt produced the message "The requested URL /aleph3/tmp/usm0170891.sav was not found on this server" $TMPDIR is /aleph3/tmp.

However there is a file in there named usm0170891.sav so why can't Aleph find it?

Resolution:
$TMPDIR and $FILE_TMPDIR are pointing at /aleph3/tmp/ but the tmp link in apache (/aleph/u52_5/alephe/apache/htdocs/aleph/a52_5/tmp) is pointing at /aleph/a52_5/tmp/.

They need to point to the same place.
