Changes to www-ill-in-print.trn aren't in effect

Description:
When I add information to the z410-status line in www-ill-in-print.trn, the text change is not reflected in the print forms.
When printed, the status appears to be MED, when in the z410-status line in www-ill-in-print.trn indicates that MED=Mediated.
I added several categories to www-ill-out-print.trn which did take effect. Why?

Resolution:
Lending - $alephe_root / form_eng / www-ill-in-print.trn - the status should be z416-status (not z410 which is for borrowing requests), example:

z416-status TEXT S MED=Mediated LOC=Located WAP=Waiting_for_process SHP=Ship CLS=Close DEL=Deleted EXP=Expired SV=Sent_to_supplier
Please note that lending statuses are different from borrowing statuses (listed in WEB ILL System Librarian Guide).
