Desired Outcome Goal:
Change the 852 first indicator to "3" for certain collection codes.

Procedure:
* connect to the xxx60 HOL library with GUI Cataloging
* click on Services
* select Catalog Maintenance Procedures
* select manage-21 ("Global Changes")
* in the "Line in Record" section, specify "852" as the Tag and "$$bxxxxx$$cyyyy" as the "Subfield and Contents" (where xxxxx is the sublibrary and yyyy is the collection)
* in the "Change Field" section (about 3/4 of the way down the screen), place "852" in the Tag box and "3" in the First Indicator box.
