    Desired Outcome Goal:
    How can I add the Chinese version of an Author’s name (stored in field 880) to an order letter?

    Procedure:
    Fields for bibliographical information which are used for printing the order letter are stored in z13 record. Z13 record is created via xxx01/tab/tab22.

    For making the new settings active you have to restart the PC Server and run "Update Short Bibliographic Records (manage-07)" for recreation of z13 records.

    Result in order letter in raw XML afterwards. In field z13u-user-defined-3 you can see the Chinese version of the author's name:
