Circulation logger cleanup (cir-78) is slow

The service Circulation logger cleanup (cir-78) is very time consuming
Is there a way to optimize (speed up) this service e.g. by reusing the p_cir_78_01 input file that is built at the beginning of the service? It is interfering with other important services.

No, it is not possible to reuse the input file p_cir_78_01. The first step of this service cannot be skipped.

Additional Information

- Run the service cir-78 only for a short period of time to reduce the time
- configure table ./xxx50/tab/tab_circ_log.lng to exclude some events from being logged, set col. 2 to 'N'.
