Problem Symptoms:
* Create an Acq request in OPAC
* Fill the form and click "Go"
* No confirmation message [Acq request submitted successfully] is shown

Cause:
This problem may occur if the variable setenv www_login in www_server.conf has a wrong value

Resolution:
1. Open $alephe_root/www_server.conf with a text editor
2. Find the line containing
setenv www_login
3. Check if the variable has a valid value: find-a, find-b, find-c, find-m and find-d
4. Set one of the valid value
5. Save the file
6. Restart the servers
