    Description:
We have a library that has a few items that have call numbers with a cursive L. These cursive L's were being imported incorrectly and show has squares or a black diamond with a question mark. We have corrected the import issue and they import correctly now. However we need to correct the ones already in the system

    Resolution:
The items are linked to the HOL record, which also has the incorrect character in field 852$$i.
The way to correct all the items is to correct the HOL record using p-manage-21 (Global changes).
The call number in all items linked to the HOL record will be also corrected, if X852-ITEM-OVERRIDE in tab100 is set to Y. The prerequisite for this change is switch X852-ITEM-OVERRIDE in tab100 that must be set to Y in both xxx50 and xxx60 libraries.
When running p-manage-21, just copy and paste the call number, including the special characters, to the fields "Replace this Text" / "With this Text".
    p-manage-21 can read special characters.
