    Question

Creating HOL records from item records using virtual field z30-1 and service "Create Holdings and Item Records Using Bibliographic Data (manage-50)" adds two additional subfields that are not defined in table xxx01/tab/import/tab_hol_item_create:

852 $b that contains the sublibrary code
852 $c that contains the collection code

Where do these subfields come from?

    Answer

For the link from BIB to HOL record the acronyms of sublibrary and collection are relevant. Therefore this information is taken from $alephe_tab/tab_sublibrary.lng for the sublibrary and from xxx50/tab/tab40.lng for the collection.
