    Deleted holdings showing in OPAC

    Description:
    We are seeing a problem with DELETED holdings showing up on the Full bib screen under Location in the public catalog.

    Record 139438 has a location listed for Kennedy School in the OPAC. The only holding for this location (HOL 0201996) has STA DELETED. The Holding does not show up on the Holdings Screen, but the items attached to this holding show up on the Availability screen. We are using ITMH to display the location on the full bib.

    Resolution:
    The STA field should be SUPPRESSED and not DELETED. Thus it will not be displayed. DELETED is not used any more for holdings record.

    From rep_change 699 in 15.2: "SUPPRESSED" is the only functional value for the STA field in holdings records.
