    Problem Symptoms:
    Deleted record is searchable via the OPAC

    Cause:
    Corrupted record which the ue_01 is unable to detect OR too many words in record. See Article 000040332 ("Record Not Removed from Keyword Indexes; Maximum 4950 Words") in regard to the latter. (Link below.)

    Resolution:
    In v22: Implement version 22.1 and run Rebuild Word Index (manage-01) in order to reindex the database
    Pre-22: Run Rebuild Word Index (manage-01) in order to reindex the database. See Article 000040332 (link below).
