Display of SFX button in Web OPAC when user is not logged in

Concerning the display of the SFX button in the Web OPAC: the SFX button will only display if end user is logged in. Is there an alternative?
Resolution:
The answer is yes, the user must be logged in in order to dsiplay the SFX button.
We can suggest that you change the tool tip from "No SFX services" to "No SFX services OR you should Log in".
