Description:
We are seeing double listings of patron statuses and patron types in the dropdown lists in the patron record and also in the dropdown lists in the services that have patron status dropdown lists. The listings are correct as far as pc_tab_exp_field.eng is concerned, but they are repeated twice.

We are not seeing double listings for item status dropdown lists, only patron status and patron type. Where is this double listing coming from?

Resolution:
This happens when the BOR-TYPE and BOR-STATUS appear in both the xxx50 pc_tab_exp_field.eng *and* in the pc_tab_exp_field_extended.eng.

pc_tab_exp_field_extended.eng has sublibrary sensitivity.

If you need sublibrary sensitivity, put the values in pc_tab_exp_field_extended.eng.
If you don't need sublibrary sensitivity, then put the values in pc_tab_exp_field.eng.

(In the case of USM50, we see that pc_tab_exp_field_extended.eng has the BOR-TYPE and BOR-STATUS, while they are omitted from the pc_tab_exp_field.eng.)
