    Problem Symptoms:
    In some German error messages ($alephe_root/error_ger)in standard Aleph 21 environment are English texts.

    Cause:
    Wrong text in error_ger files

    Resolution:
    English text was translated/added to the following files in $alephe_root/error_ger:

    pc_cir_c0426
    1250 0002 L Exemplar steht f?r Kopierauftrag nicht zur Verf?gung.
    1251 0002 L Exemplar ist bereits vorgemerkt.
    1260 0002 L Vormerkung f?r diesen Exemplarstatus nicht erlaubt.
