Error Code 173 Called Program File Not Found In Drive/Directory

Problem Symptoms:
?€¢ After running cir-12 (Call Slips For Requests) the following error is logged:

Load error : file 'form_xml_translate_email'
error code: 173, pc=0, call=15, seg=0
173 Called program file not found in drive/directory
mv: cannot access cir_12_7.scr

?€¢ The file form_xml_translate_email does not exist in /exlibris/aleph/aXX_X/aleph/exe

Cause:
Incorrect definitions in $data_root/form_eng/hold-request-wait.trn are causing the system is search for form_xml_translate_email, a file that does not exist

Resolution:
1. Remove all instances of the value EMAIL from column 2 of $data_root/form_eng/hold-request-wait.trn
2. Run util i/6 to create a new html.pck
