Problem Symptoms:
1. The ue-08 daemon has not worked correctly since the install, it just loops on the message:

Oracle error: io_commit
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-06550: line 1

2. By attempting an online update in z01x you can see the full error text when doing "commit":
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'SYNCRN'
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

Cause:
Defect in Oracle

Resolution:
If you are using Oracle 11.2.0.4 and encounter the problem:
Contact your Aleph Support Team to coordinate the patch installation of Oracle patch 17501296.

Additional Information
The problem is described in Oracle document #1586704.1: 

"After upgrade to 11.2.0.4 unable to delete/update any rows from table with context index due to error: "PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'SYNCRN'"
The fix is to apply patch 17501296."
