Implement virtual fields in 777 format, e.g., fields created by entries in xxx01/tab/tab_type_config.lng

Procedure:
Add virtual fields to the RIS or endnote format configured in xxx01/tab/edit_doc_777 by adding the appropriate expand routine to the WEB-MAIL section in xxx01/tab/tab_expand.
