    Description

    Starting with 2020 Ex Libris MFT provides a secure and reliable file transfer infrastructure to support the different Ex Libris products.
    The old FTP mechanism will be replaced by this.

    Resolution

    Contact your Ex Libris Support Team

    • to obtain software packages - such as Aleph installation kits, Upgrade Express kits, Oracle PSU patches, Third Party tools
    • to share a large file with Ex Libris
    • to share confidential information (passwords, ssh keys etc.)

    The Ex Libris Support Team will provide you with a One-Time-Password to download or upload files using either the Support MFT Server or the Confidential MFT Server
